Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy worldwide, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as when received

  • Returned with proof of purchase

  • Orders placed without following the sizing recommendation are not eligible for return due to fit issues

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, fit, or sizing issues when detailed sizing information has been provided prior to purchase.

Returns are only accepted in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged items upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos)

All other return requests may be declined at our discretion.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

If approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be provided at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Items on sale or clearance

    Orders placed without following the sizing recommendation are not eligible for return due to fit issues

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Used or worn products

  • Hygiene-related products where applicable


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or model, return the item and place a new order.


European Union Consumers (Legal Compliance)

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled by law to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Returned items must comply with the same conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
